Native Turkish and fluency in English

Purpose of Job- 

The Commercial Credit Cards Customer Acquisition Manager will develop and execute acquisition strategies, oversee sales channels and application processes, and manage customer acquisition campaigns. The role involves market analysis, regulatory compliance, and partnership management to drive growth.


Tasks-

Core Responsibilities and Accountabilities

  • Market & Competitive Analysis: Monitor market trends and competition to develop commercial credit card strategies aligned with industry shifts.
  • Customer Acquisition Management: Oversee all sales channels and application processes related to new customer acquisition for commercial credit cards.
  • End-to-End Project Management: Lead acquisition-related projects, ensuring seamless coordination with internal banking teams.
  • Campaign Planning & Execution: Develop and manage customer acquisition campaigns, overseeing budgets and communication strategies.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Track new regulations and legal requirements in payment systems, ensuring necessary implementations are in place.
  • Partnership Management: Foster and manage relationships with key partners to enhance acquisition strategies and drive business growth.

  • Market Insights: Effective monitoring of industry trends and competitor strategies, ensuring proactive adaptation.
  • Sales Performance: Measurable growth in customer acquisition through optimized sales channels and improved application processes.
  • Project Execution: Timely and structured management of acquisition-related projects with successful cross- functional collaboration.
  • Campaign Effectiveness: Increased customer engagement and acquisition through well-planned and executed campaigns.
  • Regulatory Adherence: Compliance with new payment system regulations and successful integration of necessary updates.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Strengthened partnerships leading to improved acquisition results and business expansion.

Knowledge and Experience

  • Minimum 2.54 years of acquisition experience in banking (payment systems), fintech, e-commerce, or telecom growth/product teams.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic database tools.
  • Native Turkish and fluency in English are required.
  • A degree in engineering or a relevant field is preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Candidates with SME banking experience are also considered.

Additional Details

  • Expected start date: ASAP
  • Hybrid work model 3 days in-office at 4.Levent, Sabancı Center per week.
  • The candidate will work as an integral part of the team, driving long-term customer acquisition strategies.
