Role:
- Develop and Execute Product Strategy: Formulate a comprehensive strategy for credit card products, considering market dynamics, customer needs, and business objectives. This involves defining the target audience, positioning in the market, and setting strategic goals for product growth and profitability.
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to understand customer preferences, behavior, and competitive offerings. Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and industry data to identify opportunities for product innovation and differentiation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with various teams including marketing, finance, risk management, and technology to gather inputs, define product requirements, and ensure alignment with overall business objectives. Work collaboratively to address challenges and capitalize on opportunities throughout the product lifecycle.
- Drive Product Innovation: Lead the ideation and development of new features, benefits, and value propositions for credit card products. This involves identifying emerging trends, customer pain points, and competitive gaps to drive continuous innovation and enhance product competitiveness.
- Product Roadmap Management: Develop and maintain a dynamic product roadmap that outlines key initiatives and timelines for product development and enhancement. Prioritize features and initiatives based on business impact, customer feedback, and strategic priorities to maximize value delivery.
- User Experience Enhancement: Partner with design and user experience teams to ensure that credit card designs and digital experiences are intuitive, engaging, and aligned with customer expectations. Continuously refine and optimize user journeys to enhance customer satisfaction and drive card usage.
- Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as card acquisition, activation, usage, and retention rates to track product performance. Conduct regular performance reviews and analysis to identify opportunities for optimization and growth, and develop strategies to address areas of improvement.
- Industry Trends and Compliance: Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and compliance requirements relevant to credit card products. Proactively assess the impact of regulatory changes and ensure that products comply with relevant laws and standards to mitigate risk and maintain regulatory compliance.
