Role Requirements
- Data and Logic Building: Discover data from source systems, structure them and build data logics to prepare for further analysis and reporting.
- Data Analysis: Conduct complex data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and key takeaways that inform business strategies.
- Reporting: Develop comprehensive reports and dashboards that clearly present findings to stakeholders.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with various teams to integrate data insights into business decision-making processes.
- Stakeholder Communication: Engage with stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide tailored, data-driven solutions.
- Documentation: Maintain meticulous documentation of data analysis methodologies and outcomes.
Knowledge and Experience
Technical
- Experience with Data Extraction (Extract, Transform and Load) ETL techniques and technologies
- Knowledge of and experience with marketing attribution techniques from data structuring to actual attribution methodology
- Data analysis / segmentation based on key criteria
- Oracle SQL, SQL Server (SRSS), Power BI / Tableau ; SAS / R / Python
- Advanced Excel capabilities, including data manipulation and visualization techniques.
Non-Technical
- Strong presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights clearly and impactfully.
- Experience in Banking and Financial Services
- In-depth knowledge of the Cards business and loyalty marketing strategies.
- Proven track record in campaign fulfillment and tracking, with a focus on measurable outcomes.
- Experience with Think Cell and MS PowerPoint
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms and big data tools (e.g. Azure)
- Capacity to manage large datasets and perform analysis under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical audiences.
- A collaborative team player who thrives in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
