  6. Reporting to Head of Cards

Role:

  • Launching new disruptive products;
  • Revamp of existing product suite;
  • Fixing internal processes and digitize journeys where possible (e.g. onboarding, activation);
  • Designing product features;
  • Understanding segment needs;
  • Exploring partnerships;
  • Configuring systems with internal stakeholders including IT, contracting, marketing; and
  • Execute Go-To-Market strategy for product launch

Qualifications/ expectations required:

10-15 years experience in full lifecycle of product launch including:

  • Designing product features
  • Understanding segment needs
  • Exploring partnerships
  • Configuring systems with internal stakeholders including IT, contracting, marketing
  • Execute Go-To-Market strategy for product launch
  • Independent and self-starter individual with right level of analytical, communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills to manage end-to-end card product launch or revamp projects
