PURPOSE OF THE PROJECT

As a Portfolio Manager within the Implementation Services team, you will be the primary driver of value for clients engaged with our Portfolio Management Platform across the CEMEA region. You will manage a portfolio of active engagements, ensuring that financial institutions are not just onboarded, but are actively leveraging the platform to drive measurable growth. Your mission is to bridge the gap between platform capability and commercial results, ensuring a seamless user experience that leads to successful annual subscription renewals.

Core Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Function as the dedicated lead for all active portfolio management platform engagements across CEMEA, serving as the main point of contact for ongoing client requests and platform adoption.
  • Partner with clients to design, develop, and execute end-to-end CLM campaigns within the platform, ensuring a robust and consistent campaign calendar.
  • Guide clients in using the platform to prove its ROI. This includes defining KPIs, tracking campaign performance, and presenting post-campaign analytics and platform impact to senior stakeholders.
  • Proactively monitor client activity on the platform; identify and resolve bottlenecks to ensure clients are "power users" who see PMP as an essential tool for their business.
  • Assist clients in building data-driven business cases to justify marketing spend and platform expansion.
  • Manage the health of the client relationship to ensure high satisfaction levels, directly contributing to the smooth renewal of annual subscriptions.

Knowledge and Experience:

  • Strong experience in Customer Value Management within telecom, banking, or fintechs.
  • Proven track record of end-to-end campaign management from initial segmentation strategy and design to execution and performance reporting.
  • Hands-on expertise with Campaign Automation tools and Customer Relationship Management platforms.
  • Strong ability to interpret complex data, develop business cases, and translate post-campaign results into actionable strategic insights.
  • The ability to navigate complex client environments and influence stakeholders at various levels.
  • A background in Banking and/or Consulting is highly preferred.

Mandatory Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Technology, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • Previous experience within Banking, Digital Payment & Card solutions, or the FinTech industry.
  • Regional experience across Egypt, including working in a faced-paced matrix organisation.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written, verbal, and presentation).

Preferred Skills:

  • The ability to analyse data, troubleshoot payment issues, optimize processes, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Good understanding of payment systems, digital platforms, system workflows, security basics, and industry technologies.
  • An understanding of regional regulations across financial services or payment networks.
