Mandatory requirements: 

  • Strong understanding of the corporate credit card market, financial products, and regulatory environment in the Middle East. 
  • Arabic is mandatory. 

PURPOSE OF JOB

The Corporate and SME Credit Card Product Manager will be responsible for managing and scaling our Corporate and SME credit card programs, developing, and implementing strategies to grow the portfolio, and ensuring the profitability and sustainability of the business.


TASKS

Core Responsibilities and Accountabilities

Product Management:

  • Develop and implement product strategies and initiatives to meet the needs of Corporate and SME clients.
  • Design innovative credit card products and features tailored to the Corporate and SME segment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and operations to launch and promote new products.

Portfolio Management:

  • Monitor and analyse the performance of the Corporate and SME credit card portfolio, including profitability, utilization, and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify trends, opportunities, and risks within the portfolio and develop strategies to address them.
  • Optimize pricing, fees, and rewards to maximize revenue and customer retention.
  • Scaling the Business:

- Develop and execute growth strategies to expand the Corporate and SME credit card business.

- Identify and pursue new market opportunities and partnerships to increase market share.

- Implement marketing and promotional campaigns to attract new Corporate and SME clients and increase card usage.

Risk Management:

  • Monitor and manage credit risk, fraud risk, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and controls to protect the business and customers.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including Corporate and SME clients, partners, and regulatory authorities.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to train and support them in promoting and selling Corporate and SME credit card products.


Knowledge and Experience

  • Bachelors degree in business, Finance, or related field; MBA or relevant professional qualification is a plus.
  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience in credit card product management, preferably in the Corporate and SME segment.
  • Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
