PURPOSE OF THE PROJECT

The Customer Migration & Training Consultant will be responsible for the onboarding and training existing business clients on the bank's new prepaid card system. This includes engaging with small, medium, and large corporate businesses, guiding them through the migration process, and ensuring a seamless transition. The role requires strong communication skills, technical aptitude, and the ability to build relationships with business owners, financial directors, and company executives.

Core Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Train and support business clients on the new payment system's features and functionalities.
  • Manage the end-to-end client migration process, ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Engage with key decision-makers, including business owners, financial directors, and company directors.
  • Conduct one-on-one and group training sessions, remotely.
  • Gather client feedback and collaborate with internal teams to improve the onboarding experience.
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide first-level support for clients during migration.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and training progress.

Knowledge and Experience:

  • Experience in customer support, customer training, onboarding, or technical support, ideally within the banking or fintech sector.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage at all levels of a business.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts in a clear, business-friendly manner.
  • Proven track record of working with corporate clients, including executives and decision-makers.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability to different client needs.
  • Familiarity with payment systems, banking processes, or financial technologies is a plus.

Mandatory Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Training & Development, Business, Technology, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • Previous experience within Banking, Digital Payment & Card solutions or the FinTech industry.
  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation) in English

Preferred Skills:

  • The ability to optimize processes and make data-driven decisions.
  • Good understanding of payment systems, digital platforms, system workflows, security basics, and industry technologies.
  • An understanding of regional regulations across financial services or payment networks.
