Job Title: Technical Program Manager

Term- 12 months (renewable)

Location- Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan

Relevant experience- 10+ years experience

PURPOSE OF THE PROJECT
Lead the rollout, launch and deployment of tokenization (MDES) for wallet launches across Eastern Europe countries (initially Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan & Uzbekistan) ensuring tokenization readiness and successful go-to-market execution.

Key Activities
Core Responsibilities and Accountabilities

1. Manage and support the successful launch and enablement of issuer wallets for clients.
2. Coordinate activities between banks, processors, wallet providers, and Mastercard.
3. Enable tokenization with Google Pay, Apple Pay, and local wallets.
4. Ensure readiness for MDES issuing tokenization, e-commerce (MPGS), and contactless payments.
5. Liaise between client teams and Mastercard implementation/product teams.
6. Support go-to-market activities, including marketing and operational readiness.
7. Monitor portfolio performance and provide weekly/monthly progress reports.
8. Drive digital and e-commerce transformation readiness for clients.
   
   

Knowledge and Experience

• Minimum Bachelors Degree in a relevant field.
• 10+ years of experience in payments or digital wallet projects.
• Strong understanding of complex technical payment topics.
  
• Proven program management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Fluent in Russian and English.
• Familiarity with Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan & Uzbekistan regulatory and market landscape.
  
  

Mandatory Skills**

• Russian language and English proficiency. (Kyrgyz / Uzbek / Tajik)
• Experience with MDES, tokenization, and wallet integrations.
• Compliance with Mastercard MDES standards.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP or Prince2 certification.
• Experience with Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay launches
