PayTech Nexus is the talent acquisition division of the business and is expanding rapidly; deploying contractors and consultants on behalf of our clients globally. As a result, we require driven, ambitious individuals with high-quality English to join as Business Analysts to assist with these sourcing efforts.
Responsibilities
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize recruitment tools, AI technologies, and networks as well as our own talent pool to proactively source candidates globally. Continuously explore new channels and techniques to expand the talent pool.
- Candidate Vetting and Evaluation: Conduct thorough evaluations and background checks to ensure candidates meet project requirements and industry standards. Perform interviews, assess technical proficiency, verify references, and assess cultural fit.
- Contract Negotiation and Onboarding: Collaborate with other internal teams to facilitate smooth contract negotiations and onboarding processes. Ensure compliance with regulations, legal requirements, and company policies.
- Database Management: Build and maintain a comprehensive and searchable database of projects and for available contractors/consultants. Regularly update and categorize the database for efficient search capabilities.
- Industry Research and Best Practices: Stay at the forefront of industry trends, recruitment technologies, and best practices. Enhance recruitment processes and strategies for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Reporting and Documentation: Prepare detailed reports, metrics, and analysis related to recruitment activities, project staffing, and contractor/consultant performance. Maintain accurate documentation of candidate evaluations, contracts, and relevant information.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.
- High level of English - able to conduct screening interviews with mid-senior canddiates
- Previous experience as a business analyst or recruitment specialist in the financial services or technology sector would be an advantage.
Familiarity with the cards and payments industry, including systems implementation projects, is desirable. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using databases, spreadsheets, and software tools for data management and analysis.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
