PURPOSE OF THE PROJECT

This role looks to drive business growth through greater cross-sell and up-sell initiatives to over 1m customer base. The ideal candidate would be a digital marketing professional capable of developing and deploying effective digital campaigns, working with marketing agencies in creating content and leveraging technical tools to implement.

Core Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Strong Digital Campaign & Engagement Manager who can be onsite full-time for immediate hire
  • Design and launch targeted customer engagement campaigns, including, formulating ideas, and building sound business cases, securing stakeholder approvals (e.g. finance, compliance), working with marketing for creation, and then leveraging digital campaign tools to deploy
  • Analysing campaign performance, measuring customer engagement and business impact, and translating insights into actionable improvements for future performance
  • Develop and manage multi-channel digital marketing strategies to increase customer acquisition and retention, whilst also managing the portfolio contact policy (e.g. how many comms a customer receives)
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for digital engagement

Knowledge and Experience:

  • 4 years experience in Digital marketing, Revenue growth management or Customer engagement.
  • Banking or Fintech experience, and with exposure to technical tools (such as Adobe Campaign or similar)
  • Previous experience in delivering regular reports on campaign effectiveness and present recommendations to senior management

Mandatory Skills:

  • Proven track record and experience withing Banking and/ or the FinTech industry
  • Previous experience working in the UAE
  • Marketing technology experience including analysis & optimisation and customer engagement & personalisation
  • Experience with campaign platforms (Dynamic 365, Adobe Campaign, or similar)

Preferred Skills:

  • Adept in measuring campaign performance, ROI, and customer engagement through analytics tools
  • Leveraging personalisation, segmentation, and marketing automation platforms (Martech) to enhance customer experience
