Relevant experience:
The Product & Program Coordinator will support co-branded card and payments initiatives across product roadmap tracking, requirements documentation, launch readiness, governance, stakeholder coordination, and portfolio performance monitoring. The role works with Product, Marketing, Operations, Analytics, Customer Experience, Risk, Compliance, Technology, Banking Partners, and external stakeholders to ensure disciplined execution and continuous product optimization.
Mandatory requirements:
- Minimum 4–6 years of experience in product / program coordination, product operations, project management, payments, cards, e-commerce, fintech, or financial services.
- Proven experience supporting co-branded card or payments product initiatives, launches, enhancements, or portfolio optimization.
- Strong governance and delivery discipline, including milestone tracking, RAID management, action tracking, and status reporting.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional stakeholders across Product, Marketing, Operations, Technology, Risk, Compliance, Analytics, and external partners.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI or dashboarding experience preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, documentation, follow-up, and meeting facilitation skills.
- Fluent English written and spoken
- Immediate availability or 30-day notice period
PURPOSE OF THE PROJECT
Support an e-commerce company in coordinating and executing strategic product initiatives by driving cross-functional alignment, stakeholder management, governance, performance tracking, and delivery of key program milestones. This role will help ensure payment and co-brand card programs are executed effectively, meet business objectives, and support ongoing growth and optimization.
SCOPE DETAILS
Key Activities
- Coordinate product and program plans, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables across workstreams.
- Track product roadmap initiatives, enhancement requests, requirements, UAT, and launch readiness activities.
- Manage governance forums, RAID logs, action trackers, stakeholder follow-ups, and decision records.
- Monitor product and portfolio performance across acquisition, activation, engagement, spend, and operational metrics.
- Prepare executive updates, dashboards, status summaries, insights, and recommendations.
Core Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Support the end-to-end product lifecycle from requirements through launch execution and post-launch monitoring.
- Ensure program deliverables are executed on time and aligned with business, customer, and governance requirements.
- Drive alignment across Product, Marketing, Operations, Technology, Risk, Compliance, Analytics, Banking Partners, and external stakeholders.
- Identify, escalate, and resolve product, operational, and delivery risks, issues, and blockers.
- Maintain product documentation, business requirements, decision logs, change records, and governance artifacts.
KPIs (indicative)
- On-time delivery of project milestones and product workstream deliverables.
- % of approved product enhancements delivered on schedule.
- Launch readiness completion and post-launch issue resolution performance.
- Accuracy and timeliness of management reporting, dashboards, and executive updates.
- Contribution to co-branded card acquisition, activation, engagement, portfolio spend growth, and stakeholder satisfaction.
Knowledge and Experience
- 4–6 years of experience in Program Management, PMO, Product Operations, Product Coordination, or Project Coordination.
- Experience in payments, cards, banking, fintech, e-commerce, or financial services.
- Knowledge of product lifecycle management, product launch, go-to market, UAT, and post-launch monitoring processes.
- Understanding of card acquisition, activation, customer lifecycle, portfolio performance, and spend growth drivers.
- Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders, banking partners, third-party vendors, and delivery teams; familiarity with Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, Monday.com, or similar tools is preferred.
Mandatory Skills
