Job Title: CTA (Card-to-Account) Onboarding & Sales Enablement Lead

PURPOSE OF THE PROJECT
Lead the onboarding and commercialization of Card-to-Account (CTA) and virtual payment solutions, driving client acquisition, sales enablement, and ecosystem partnerships across GCC markets. The role requires strong experience in commercial cards, travel ecosystem, and acceptance expansion.
Core Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
CTA & Virtual Payments Onboarding
- Drive end-to-end onboarding of CTA / virtual card solutions across corporates, OTAs, and TMCs
- Support issuer and partner integrations (API-enabled virtual payments)
- Develop and scale CTA use cases across travel and B2B segments
Sales Enablement
- Develop sales playbooks, value propositions, and go-to-market strategies for CTA
- Enable bank and sales teams through training, workshops, and deal support
- Support RFPs, pricing discussions, and client presentations
Business Development & Partnerships
- Build and manage strategic partnerships (fintechs, PSPs, aggregators, travel ecosystem players)
- Drive new client acquisition and pipeline growth across corporates and travel players
- Expand relationships with key regional accounts
Market Expansion & Acceptance
- Drive adoption among non-card accepting merchants via CTA flows
- Explore partnership models (e.g., BPSP, VCP-enabled solutions) to unlock new volumes
- Coordinate with issuers, networks, and ecosystem partners
Knowledge and Experience:
- Experience onboarding large corporate and travel accounts in KSA / GCC
- Proven track record in scaling virtual payments / CTA adoption
- Strong network across travel, fintech, and payments ecosystem
- 10+ years of experience in commercial cards, CTA, or virtual payments
- Strong track record in client onboarding, sales enablement, and business development
- Deep understanding of travel ecosystem (IATA/BSP, OTAs, TMCs) and B2B payments
- Exposure to API-based payment solutions and fintech partnerships
- Strong stakeholder management across banks, corporates, and partners
Mandatory Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- Previous experience within Banking, Digital Payment & Card solutions, or the FinTech industry.
- Regional experience, including working in a faced-paced matrix organisation.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written, verbal, and presentation); fluency in Arabic is an advantage.
Preferred Skills:
- The ability to analyse data, troubleshoot payment issues, optimize processes, and make data-driven decisions.
- Good understanding of payment systems, digital platforms, system workflows, security basics, and industry technologies.
- An understanding of regional regulations across financial services or payment networks.
