Opportunity: Commercial card sales training - Local language trainers needed

Background:

PayTech Academy is a leading Learning & Development partner for commercial payments professionals. We support organisations across the payments ecosystem to upskill their teams through structured, expert-led training spanning sales, product, and operations.

The requirement:

We are seeking Czech speakers to support the in-country delivery of sales enablement training.

Scope of work

  • Deliver in-person, in-country training sessions to issuer sales teams and their sales leaders.

Focused on:

  • Strengthening individual and team product knowledge
  • Improving sales capability
  • Enabling teams to secure better-quality deals, more efficiently
  • Collaborate with the core PayTech Academy team on:
  • Local market tailoring of training content (training content already exists)
  • Training rehearsals
  • Delivery execution, with full support from the core PayTech team
  • The training is expected to be delivered over 1-3 days; subject to final confirmation..

Trainer profile

We are looking for senior professionals with:

  • Native or professional business-level fluency in Czech
  • Hands-on experience in commercial card / payment sales (on the issuing side)
  • Leadership background (e.g. Director, VP or above)
  • Experience managing sales teams or functions
