Job Title: Project Manager - Payment Solutions and Compliance

Company Overview: Join our innovative team and help shape the future of payment solutions. We are looking for a proactive and driven Project Manager to lead critical initiatives in payment facilitation, compliance, and risk assessment. The role focuses on product development and distribution in partnership with internal teams to ensure our offerings meet compliance, regulatory, and strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Product Development & Distribution:
- Drive key initiatives, such as Click to Pay implementation across products (CommWeb, BPOINT, PowerBoard) and support
- QkR CVP refresh, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
- Manage the development of network tokenization capabilities, working closely with product, technology, and security
- Teams.
- Coordinate Scheme Compliance Analysis (Project Chariot) and address any compliance requirements or audits, ensuring
- alignment with industry standards.
2. Risk and Compliance Engagement:
- Collaborate closely with risk, legal, and compliance teams to ensure product developments align with regulatory obligations and standards.
- Support internal analyses for Payment Facilitation and engage in risk assessment to maintain a robust and secure control environment.
3. Strategic Planning and Uplift:
- Lead the PSP strategic review, focusing on enhancing the control environment to support the broader business strategy.
- Conduct comprehensive internal analyses to address potential risks and develop mitigation strategies in partnership with compliance teams.
4. Go-to-Market (GTM) Support:
- Partner with GTM teams to ensure the latest updates in product collateral and training materials are readily accessible to internal and external stakeholders.
- Oversee the preparation and dissemination of external content, ensuring accuracy and compliance with product messaging and strategy.
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of experience as a Product or Assistant Product Manager, preferably in payments, compliance, or a related financial services area.
- Strong familiarity with payment solutions, compliance analysis, and strategic risk assessment.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of network tokenization, payment facilitation, and scheme compliance processes.
- Experience working with GTM teams to develop collateral and training materials.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
