PURPOSE OF THE PROJECT

As an experienced Relationship Manager - Data Analytics, you will support and expand our portfolio of regional (GCC) and global clients by serving as a strategic partner and trusted advisor. The role is responsible for delivering high-quality analytical insights, guiding clients in leveraging data effectively, and influencing key business decisions.

The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in predictive modelling, statistical analysis, and data interpretation, combined with solid business acumen. They will be proficient in transforming complex analytical results into clear, actionable recommendations while managing and strengthening long-term client relationships. Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and consultative skills are essential.

Core Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Manage deliverable development and workstreams on projects across a range of industries and problem statements.
  • Contribute to and/or develop strategies and programs for regional and global clients by leveraging data science tools including Test & Learn.
  • Manage working relationship with client managers and function as a trusted and reliable partner.
  • Provide analytical and technical subject matter expertise and drive client success through Test & Learn adoption and competency.
  • Develop sound business recommendations and deliver effective client presentations.
  • Plan, organise, and structure own work and that of junior project delivery consultants to identify effective analysis structures to address client problems using Test & Learn, synthesize analyses into relevant findings, and create impactful storylines.
  • Contribute to the firm's intellectual capital and solution development.

Knowledge and Experience:

  • Demonstrated experience in predictive modelling and advanced data analysis, with the ability to design, implement, and validate analytical models to support business decision-making.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for data extraction, transformation, analysis, and automation; experience with SAS is a valuable advantage.
  • Proven ability to interpret complex analytical outputs, synthesize findings, and translate them into clear, actionable business recommendations.
  • Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, define analytical approaches, and ensure insights are aligned with client objectives.
  • The ability to present insights and drive data-driven conclusions to senior stakeholders, supporting strategic planning and operational improvement initiatives.

Mandatory Skills:

  • Previous experience within Banking, Payment & Card solutions, or the FinTech industry.
  • Regional experience across the GCC.
  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation) in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.

Preferred Skills:

  • An understanding of payment systems, digital platforms, APIs, system workflows, security basics, and industry technologies.
  • An understanding of regional regulations across financial services or payment networks.
