Job Title: Operations Audit Officer
Job Location: Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines
Work Set-up: Hybrid

Job Description

• Design and implement control systems to enhance operational efficiency
• Analyze financial and operational data to identify inefficiencies and risks
• Conduct root cause analysis on discrepancies and fraud indicators
• Perform internal audits (financial, operational, and compliance)
• Review records and reports to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance
• Identify control gaps and recommend corrective actions
• Support continuous improvement and adherence to quality standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or CPA required
• CFE or Lean Six Sigma certification is an advantage
• 3–5 years of experience in internal auditing
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills
• Proficiency in accounting systems and data analysis tools
