Job Title: Technology Compliance Officer
Location: Makati City
Work Set-up: Hybrid

Job Description

  • Reviewing and monitoring compliance with applicable technology risk, IT governance, information security, and outsourcing requirements
  • Supporting technology and product risk assessments for new systems, products, vendors, and process changes
  • Coordinating with IT, InfoSec, Risk, Compliance, Product, Operations, and other business units on remediation items and control improvements
  • Assisting in the preparation of regulatory reports, audit responses, risk assessments, and compliance documentation
  • Monitoring technology-related incidents, action plans, control gaps, and issue closure
  • Supporting policy reviews involving IT risk, cybersecurity, business continuity, outsourcing, data protection, and technology operations

Qualifications

  • Background in technology risk, IT audit, information security, compliance, internal controls, or risk management
  • Experience in fintech, banking, payments, EMI, OPS, financial services, or BSP-regulated entities is an advantage
  • Familiarity with IT risk management, cybersecurity controls, outsourcing/vendor risk, incident management, and regulatory remediation
  • Strong documentation, coordination, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
  • Certifications such as CISA, CRISC, ISO 27001, ITIL, or related credentials are an advantage but not required
