Job Title: Settlement Specialist
Location: Makati City
Job Type: Full-Time
Work Set-up: Hybrid
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate settlement and transaction reports.
- Send settlement reports and deposit slips to merchants on time.
- Verify and reconcile unreconciled transactions, ensuring proper processing.
- Liaise with internal teams to resolve merchant concerns promptly.
- Ensure completeness of reports from RPF and Workflow portals.
- Maintain and update reconciliation reports for accurate settlements.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- Open to fresh graduates.
- Experience in finance, accounting, or transaction processing is a plus.
- Experience in the financial services industry is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Proficient in financial reconciliation and data management.
- Familiarity with financial software and systems.
- Excellent time management and communication skills.
- Problem-solving mindset for resolving settlement issues quickly.
