Job Title: Settlement Specialist
Location: Makati City
Job Type: Full-Time
Work Set-up: Hybrid

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate settlement and transaction reports.
• Send settlement reports and deposit slips to merchants on time.
• Verify and reconcile unreconciled transactions, ensuring proper processing.
• Liaise with internal teams to resolve merchant concerns promptly.
• Ensure completeness of reports from RPF and Workflow portals.
• Maintain and update reconciliation reports for accurate settlements.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• Open to fresh graduates.
• Experience in finance, accounting, or transaction processing is a plus.
• Experience in the financial services industry is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
• Proficient in financial reconciliation and data management.
• Familiarity with financial software and systems.
• Excellent time management and communication skills.
• Problem-solving mindset for resolving settlement issues quickly.
