Job Title: Senior Quality Assurance Architect/Engineer
Location: Makati City
Work Set-up: Hybrid

Job Description

• Develop and execute comprehensive testing plans for web applications
• Identify, document, and track system defects, working closely with developers to resolve issues
• Create and maintain detailed test cases to ensure full coverage of system requirements
• Perform functional and selective testing including Fuzz, Smoke, UI/UX, Exploratory, and Regression testing
• Implement and expand automation testing to reduce manual testing and improve efficiency
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure application quality and performance
• Generate clear QA reports on system quality, defects, and resolutions
• Research and introduce new QA tools and technologies to improve testing processes
• Mentor and guide QA team members on automation tools and best practices
• Ensure compliance with information security and quality standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience as a Senior Quality Assurance Specialist
• Strong background in web application testing and QA processes
• Experience in automation testing and QA tools
• Programming or database knowledge is an advantage
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
