Job Description

• Assess, design, and implement DevOps solutions in complex cloud environments
• Architect solutions for cloud-native, microservices, and traditional applications
• Lead and mentor the DevOps team, driving efficiency and continuous improvement
• Design and optimize CI/CD pipelines for reliable, automated deployments
• Implement infrastructure automation and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) solutions
• Establish monitoring and logging frameworks to ensure system reliability
• Ensure infrastructure security, compliance, and high availability
• Act as DevOps SME, recommending tools and best practices
• Align DevOps strategies with business and operational goals

Tools & Technologies

• Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP
• Infrastructure as Code: Terraform, CloudFormation
• CI/CD: Jenkins, GitLab CI, CodeDeploy
• Containers: Docker, Kubernetes
• Automation & Scripting: Python, Bash, Groovy
• Monitoring & Observability: CloudWatch, Grafana, Prometheus
• Security & Compliance Tools: IAM, KMS, vulnerability management tools

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• At least 4 years of experience as a Cloud Architect or Cloud Engineer
• Proven experience leading and managing cloud infrastructure teams
• Strong background in DevOps architecture, automation, and system reliability
• Experience in fintech or financial services is an advantage
