Calling all seasoned sales professionals. Patriot Pros is looking for highly driven and motivated people to join our team of comfort specialists (Plumbing). You will be expected to make each customer feel like a friend and help guide them to find and make the right choices for their home's comfort and safety.

Compensation: 80,0000 to 200,000/yr +

Uncapped Commission

Responsibilities:

  • Establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services.
  • Develop key client relationships, negotiate and close deals.
  • Create sales proposals that are accurate and complete, and that can be easily transferred to the installation team.
  • Create confident buyers by providing complete and accurate information about our products and pricing.
  • Get potential customers excited about Patriot Pros and encourage them to spread the word.
  • Become an expert in your market area, and know the customer needs.
  • Help set aggressive sales plans and propose expansions.

Qualifications:

  • Maintain communication with dispatch, your manager, and parts and installation teams.
  • Keep your company truck clean, inside and out.
  • Keep your truck inventory up to date.
  • Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
  • Have and maintain a clean driving record.
  • Participate in training, allowing you to grow and develop as a professional.
  • Have or be willing to get the proper certifications. We can help you with this.

  • Associate (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Sales: 2 years (Required)
  • Customer service: 2 years (Required)
  • Customer acquisition: 1 year (Preferred)
  • HVAC: 2 years (Required)
  • Commission: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:

  • Journeyman HVAC (Preferred)
  • Driver's License (Required)
