HVAC Technician

Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshooting residential and light commercial HVAC systems
  • Repairing HVAC equipment including; soldering, brazing, pipe fitting, unit wiring
  • Be able to install a Furnace, AC, and/or Boiler installation
  • Use a variety of hand tools to troubleshoot, repair, and install
  • Establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services.
  • Create sales proposals that are accurate and complete, and that can be easily transferred to the installation team.
  • Create confident buyers by providing complete and accurate information about our products and pricing.
  • Participate in training, allowing you to grow and develop as a professional.

Qualifications:

  • HVAC Technician experience (Pay based on experience)
  • Maintain communication with dispatch, your manager, and parts and installation teams.
  • Keep your company truck clean, inside and out.
  • Keep your truck inventory up to date.
  • Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
  • Have and maintain a clean driving record.
  • Have or be willing to get the proper certifications. We can help you with this.
  • Possess an EPA Universal Certification (or Type 2 preferred)
  • Computer literate and able to work with digital systems on iPad/iPhone for scheduling, invoicing, and documentation of work performed
  • Reside in a location within 45 minutes of our office

Pay:

$50,000 - $100,000 (hourly + commission)
