Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Sales Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of experience in HVAC sales and a proven track record of success. As an HVAC Sales Technician, you will be responsible for selling our products and services to customers, building relationships with clients, and providing exceptional customer service. This is a commission-based position with full-time availability and a competitive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:

- Sell HVAC products and services to customers

- Build and maintain relationships with clients

- Provide exceptional customer service

- Meet or exceed sales targets

- Develop and implement sales strategies

- Attend trade shows and events to promote HVAC products and services

- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments

- Provide technical support to customers as needed

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

- Minimum of five years of experience in HVAC sales

- Proven track record of success in sales

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong customer service skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Knowledge of HVAC systems and products

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $80,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year

  • Commission: 1 year (Preferred)
  • HVAC: 2 years (Required)

License/Certification:

  • Journeyman HVAC (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
