Service Maintenance Technician

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Service Maintenance Technician to join our team in the HVAC and plumbing trade. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in the field and be able to work independently and as part of a team. The position requires on-call availability to respond to emergency service calls outside of regular business hours.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance checks on HVAC and plumbing systems
- Install new HVAC and plumbing systems as needed to support Lead Installer
- Respond to emergency service calls outside of regular business hours
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of experience in the HVAC and plumbing trade
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in tight spaces

Salary:
