Responsibilities & Duties
- Leadership & Training: Develop and train other guides and staff, lead hunt operations, and assign guides to specific clients and activities.
- Client & Guest Services: Coordinate with guests to plan activities, explain rules and regulations, and inform them about available animals and optimal hunting locations.
- Operational Management: Assist with facility maintenance, manage equipment inventory, and ensure all operational tasks are completed efficiently.
- Safety & Compliance: Enforce adherence to safety regulations, provide safety training, and ensure all hunting activities comply with legal and ethical standards.
- Knowledge & Expertise: Possess in-depth understanding of wildlife, local hunting regulations, navigation, and survival skills to ensure successful and safe trips.
