Job Objective

Lead all Human Resources and Industrial Relations functions to foster a productive work environment, ensuring legal compliance, effective labor relations, and alignment of talent strategy with manufacturing business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement HR and industrial relations strategies aligned with overall business goals.

  • Manage talent acquisition and selection, including interviews, hiring, onboarding, and orientation.

  • Develop and deliver training programs, performance management systems, and career development plans.

  • Maintain strong labor relations, address employee demands, mediate conflicts, and handle grievances.

  • Ensure full compliance with labor laws, regulations, collective agreements, and HR best practices.

  • Administer compensation, benefits, and incentive programs to maintain competitiveness and internal equity.

  • Encourage a positive corporate culture emphasizing motivation, retention, discipline, and high performance.

  • Partner with management to forecast workforce needs and organize manpower planning.

  • Monitor HR metrics and industrial relations KPIs to identify trends and recommend improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.

  • At least 5 years experience in HR and industrial relations roles, preferably in manufacturing, free zone, or construction industries.

  • Proficiency in English at C1/C2 level (spoken and written).

  • Advanced knowledge of labor law, collective bargaining, HR metrics, and HR systems.

  • Strong leadership skills, negotiation ability, and communication across all levels.

  • Experience in organizational development, change management, and conflict resolution.
