Marketing Coordinator

Location: San Pedro Sula, Honduras
Schedule: Full-time | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Honduras Time)
Reports to: Head of Marketing

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-obsessed, and execution-driven Marketing Coordinator to work directly with our Head of Marketing and ensure the marketing function operates with precision, speed, and accountability.

This is not a passive administrative role. It is a hands-on coordination and execution position designed for someone who thrives on follow-ups, structure, timelines, and cross-functional alignment. You will play a critical role in keeping multiple marketing initiatives moving forward across Client Acquisition and Recruitment Marketing teams in Colombia, the Dominican Republic, and Honduras.

Your core mission is simple but demanding: make sure nothing falls through the cracks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the right hand to the Head of Marketing, supporting prioritization, task tracking, and timely approvals.

  • Actively follow up on action items, deliverables, and deadlines across all marketing initiatives.

  • Track timelines and progress for projects including campaigns, creative assets, copy, landing pages, paid media, and recruitment marketing efforts.

  • Coordinate across departments (sales, recruitment, content, design, performance marketing) to ensure alignment and execution.

  • Ensure clear, timely, and action-oriented communication between stakeholders in different countries.

  • Attend meetings, document decisions, assign action items, and follow up to completion.

  • Help define and enforce realistic timelines based on scope, complexity, and resources.

  • Maintain and update Jira boards and internal documentation in collaboration with project teams.

  • Support marketing reporting by collecting updates, identifying gaps, and flagging risks or delays.

  • Execute special projects and operational initiatives assigned by the Head of Marketing.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in marketing coordination, project coordination, or operations support (marketing-related environments preferred).

  • Exceptional organizational, follow-up, and time management skills.

  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

  • High level of accountability, proactivity, and attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience working with cross-functional and remote teams.

  • Proficiency with project management tools (Jira preferred; Asana, Monday, or similar acceptable).

  • Advanced English is mandatory (C1–C2 level) – must be able to operate confidently in executive-level discussions.
