Position Summary
We are hiring a Hotel General Manager to lead the hotels end-to-end performance—driving profitability (EBITDA/GOP), operational excellence, and a best-in-class guest experience. This role requires proven P&L leadership, strong people leadership, and the ability to operate to brand standards with direct accountability to ownership.
Key Responsibilities (What you will own)

Full hotel leadership: Operations, Finance, Commercial, HR, and Guest Services.

Financial performance: P&L ownership, EBITDA/GOP delivery, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.

High-performing teams: lead and develop department heads and operational teams with clear KPIs.

Guest experience & reputation: service standards, quality audits, complaint resolution, and online reputation.

Compliance: labor, legal, safety, and regulatory compliance in the Dominican Republic.

Executive reporting: clear performance reporting and strategic recommendations to Board/Ownership.
Required Profile

10+ years in Hotel GM roles (or Senior Director of Operations) with measurable results.

Experience in full-service hotels / resorts / upscale urban properties.

Strong track record managing budgets, KPIs, and profitability.

English: C1–C2 (mandatory) – spoken and written (executive level).

Residing in the Dominican Republic or immediate availability to relocate.

Valid Dominican Republic work permit (must be current).
Compensation (Reference)

USD 12,000 monthly + executive package aligned to experience and property scale.
