Position Summary
We seek a Client Service Director with proven leadership managing healthcare accounts within the BPO industry. This role oversees client partnerships, ensures operational excellence, drives performance and compliance, and leads initiatives that maximize satisfaction and business results.
Key Responsibilities

Lead strategic relationships with healthcare clients, ensuring trust and high satisfaction.

Oversee SLAs, KPIs, CSAT, and compliance performance across operations.

Manage cross-functional teams (Operations, Quality, Training, WFM, HR).

Analyze performance data to detect trends, risks, and improvement areas.

Deliver business reviews and operational updates to client executives.

Drive efficiency, process improvement, and cost optimization initiatives.

Support new client transitions, ramp-ups, and governance compliance (HIPAA, data privacy).
Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Business, Management, or Healthcare Administration.

5+ years in BPO leadership roles, with 3+ years managing healthcare accounts.

Proven success managing client-facing relationships and performance KPIs.

Strong analytical, negotiation, and decision-making abilities.

Bilingual fluency (EnglishSpanish C1/C2) is mandatory.
Preferred
-
Experience in multi-site or nearshore operations.

Knowledge of HIPAA/compliance frameworks.

Certifications in Lean Six Sigma, COPC, or PMP are a plus.
