POSITION PURPOSE
Coordinate and efficiently execute the export sales process, ensuring timely order dispatch and proper negotiation execution, upholding high quality standards to guarantee customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty in the Southern Miami market.
ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE
This role reports directly to the Senior Export Sales Manager and works cross-functionally with Production, Logistics, Finance, and Customer Service departments.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Sales & Production Coordination

Coordinate production planning for export using tools such as forecasting to anticipate demand and ensure product availability.

Schedule and ensure compliance with export shipments, coordinating with involved departments.

Communicate and follow up on price changes, special offers, and performance reports to clients and the commercial team.
2. Administration & Documentation

Execute and optimize administrative processes in the area, ensuring efficiency and compliance with regulations.

Manage and prepare required documentation for shipments and government agencies, ensuring alignment with current regulations.

Handle fiscal obligations and records with transparency and compliance.

Request and send credit notes to sales representatives and customers as required.
3. Client Relations & After-Sales Service

Proactively serve clients in both administrative and commercial matters, maintaining high service standards aligned with the company image.

Handle and resolve customer complaints and claims, ensuring follow-up on corrective action plans.

Coordinate with Logistics to dispatch products and ensure delivery terms are met for the Southern Miami destination.
4. Financial Control & Management

Keep accounts receivable updated, ensuring payment terms are met to avoid delays and optimize cash flow.

Manage authorized discount exceptions in coordination with the Commercial Direction.
5. KPIs & Reporting

Monitor and update performance and administrative indicators, producing regular reports to support decision-making.

Analyze client order reports to identify process and service improvement opportunities.
