Executive Vice President Investment & Construction

About the Role:
A leading investment and construction firm in the Dominican Republic seeks an Executive Vice President to drive project‐finance strategies, oversee full project lifecycles, and lead multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design & implement financing strategies for largescale infrastructure and construction projects.

• Oversee due diligence, financial structuring, execution, delivery, and commissioning.

• Lead finance, engineering, legal, commercial and construction teams.

• Build & manage relationships with investors, regulators, contractors and other stakeholders.

• Monitor portfolio performance, risk metrics and recommend adjustments.

• Establish internal controls and governance aligned with projectfinance and construction standards.

• Champion innovation in financial products and construction methodologies.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 10 years in investment banking or project finance for construction/civil works.

• Education: Masters in Finance, Economics, Civil Engineering or MBA (projectfinance focus).

• Languages: Fluent Spanish & English for executive negotiations.

• Technical: Expert in projectfinance, risk analysis, financial modelling and construction regulations.

• Leadership: Proven track record leading large, crossfunctional teams.

• Analytical: Advanced use of Excel, Power BI or similar for datadriven decisions.

• Ethics: Highest integrity, transparency and regulatory compliance.
