Job Overview
The Administrative Vice President is a senior executive responsible for leading the administrative and financial management of the company, ensuring regulatory compliance and supporting institutional strategy. This role oversees internal operations, coordinates resources, and ensures effective support for construction and infrastructure projects, contributing to economic development.
Key Responsibilities:

Administrative and Financial Management: Lead the execution of administrative, financial, budgeting, and accounting policies, plans, and processes, ensuring operational efficiency and alignment with the companys strategy.

Supervision of Internal Operations: Coordinate administrative operations (human resources, general services, physical infrastructure, and procurement) to ensure smooth institutional functioning.

Support for Construction Projects: Apply project management practices to monitor and support construction and infrastructure initiatives, ensuring efficient resource use and compliance with timelines and regulations.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with local regulations, including submitting required financial and operational reports to relevant regulatory bodies.

Strategic Support: Advise senior management in formulating policies and strategic plans, providing financial and operational analysis for informed decision-making.

External Relations: Maintain effective relationships with investors, multilateral organizations, and key partners, acting as a liaison in public-private partnerships and infrastructure financing programs.
Positions Managed:

Internal Auditors: Direct supervision of Senior Auditors and the internal audit team, ensuring compliance with established financial and operational controls.

Administrative Area Managers: Supervision of human resources, general services, and administrative managers.

Financial Coordinators and Accounting Assistants: Supervision of Financial Coordinators and accounting staff activities.

Construction Project Managers: Supervision of infrastructure and construction projects, ensuring successful execution.

Regulatory Compliance Director: Coordination with the person in charge of compliance with regulations and relevant laws.
Key Requirements:

Experience: At least 10 years of proven experience in similar executive roles in the construction sector and infrastructure development.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or related field. Masters/MBA (preferred) in finance, economics, or business.

Languages: Bilingual in Spanish and English, with full professional proficiency in both languages.

Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with corporate finance, financial planning, investment management, and financial management tools.

Certifications: Relevant professional certifications such as CPA (Certified Public Accountant), CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst), PMP (Project Management Professional), or other equivalents.

Others: Impeccable integrity and professional ethics. Willingness to travel occasionally and ability to work under pressure. International experience in the financial sector or multilateral projects is a highly valued plus.
