Role Summary
Seeking an experienced HR Manager with strong BPO expertise and full bilingual fluency (EN/ES). Responsible for HR strategy and execution for U.S. market support teams in Hondurascovering talent management, employee relations, performance culture, compliance, and organizational development. Acts as a strategic partner to operations, aligning people initiatives with business goals while sustaining an exceptional employee experience.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals and BPO needs.

Partner with operations leaders on workforce planning and talent initiatives.

Oversee onboarding, performance management, employee relations & retention programs.

Ensure compliance with Honduran labor laws and U.S. client requirements.

Advise managers on performance, behavioral issues, and disciplinary actions.

Manage compensation, benefits administration, and HR policies.

Support organizational development, culture, and leadership programs.

Lead engagement and DEI initiatives, pulse surveys, and recognition plans.

Maintain HR metrics ( attrition, engagement, KPIs ) and regular reporting.

Conduct HR audits, investigations, and risk management actions.

Partner with Talent Acquisition on recruitment execution.

Manage transfers, promotions, terminations, and succession planning.

Oversee training and development to enhance leadership and employee skills.

Ensure accurate HRIS data and drive process standardization and continuous improvement.
Requirements
Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field.
Experience: 5+ years in HR (preferably BPO/high-volume service); experience supporting U.S. market operations; solid background in employee relations, performance management, compliance, and talent development; prior team leadership a plus.
Skills: English C1C2; expert in Honduran labor law (+ U.S. exposure preferred); excellent communication, analytics, and influence; proficient in HRIS/ATS and Microsoft or Google Workspace; ethical judgment and problem-solving mindset.
