Role Summary
We are seeking a Commercial Director with strong strategic leadership and proven commercial results within hospitality, consumer goods, and/or technology environments. This executive role is responsible for designing and executing integrated commercial strategies to maximize revenue growth, market share, profitability, and long-term sustainability.
The ideal candidate combines business vision, market intelligence, pricing and revenue management expertise, and high-performance sales leadership, with the ability to operate across B2B and B2C channels, both locally and internationally.
Key Responsibilities

Define, lead, and execute the overall commercial strategy to achieve and exceed revenue, growth, and profitability targets.

Oversee direct sales, indirect channels, key accounts, and strategic partnerships, aligned with the companys business model.

Build and strengthen relationships with corporate clients, distributors, operators, OTAs, agencies, partners, integrators, and digital platforms.

Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, competition, and pricing to identify growth and optimization opportunities.

Develop and implement commercial and promotional campaigns to increase occupancy, volume, rotation, or solution adoption.

Negotiate key contracts and long-term agreements with national and international strategic accounts.

Present commercial results, forecasts, and KPIs to senior leadership and executive committees.

Education

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Tourism & Hospitality, Commercial Engineering, or related fields

MBA or Masters degree in Commercial Management, Strategic Marketing, Revenue Management, or Business Management (highly desirable)
Experience

8–10+ years in senior commercial leadership roles

Experience in tourism destinations, high-volume markets, or Caribbean environments (Punta Cana preferred)

Exposure to international markets and multi-channel commercial structures
Languages

English: C1 / C2 – Mandatory (validated)
