About the Role

We are looking for a BI Developer with strong Power BI, Tableau, and SQL skills to design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualization solutions.

This role requires a strong analytical mindset, the ability to translate business requirements into actionable insights, and the technical skills to extract, transform, model, and visualize data effectively.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with stakeholders, writing efficient SQL queries, building data models, optimizing Power BI performance, and creating clear dashboards that support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Build Tableau dashboards and visual analytics when required.
• Write efficient SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, validation, and analysis.
• Translate business requirements into clear reporting solutions and actionable insights.
• Create and maintain data models to support scalable BI reporting.
• Use DAX and Power Query to build calculations, transformations, KPIs, and business logic.
• Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, exceptions, and performance indicators.
• Optimize Power BI reports, datasets, relationships, refresh performance, and dashboard usability.
• Collaborate with business users, analysts, data teams, and technical stakeholders.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, documentation, and reporting reliability.

Technical Requirements — Must Have

Core BI Skills

• Strong experience with Power BI development.
• Strong SQL querying skills.
• Experience building dashboards, reports, KPIs, and business performance views.
• Ability to analyze data and translate business needs into insights.

Technical Requirements

• English proficiency is mandatory.
• Experience with DAX and Power Query.
• Understanding of data modeling for BI and reporting.
• Experience optimizing Power BI performance.
• Tableau experience is required or highly preferred.

Nice to Have

Tools & Platforms

• Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server, or Tableau Cloud.
• SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Snowflake, BigQuery, or similar databases.
• Advanced Excel, Power Platform, Power Automate, or Power Apps.

Data Environment

• ETL processes, data pipelines, or data warehouse environments.
• Data governance, data quality, row-level security, and dashboard access management.
• Experience supporting finance, operations, commercial, customer service, logistics, or executive reporting.
