Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Recruitment Manager (English/Spanish) with strong BPO industry experience to lead end-to-end recruitment efforts for the U.S. market. This role is responsible for developing talent acquisition strategies, managing recruitment teams, and ensuring hiring targets are met in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for U.S. market roles (front-line, leadership, and corporate).
  • Manage and coordinate recruitment teams (onshore/offshore).
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies aligned with business needs.
  • Oversee interview, assessment, and selection processes based on operational KPIs.
  • Partner with Operations, Training, HRBPs, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on profiles and hiring timelines.
  • Monitor and report recruitment KPIs: time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, sourcing effectiveness, etc.
  • Manage ATS/CRM and other digital recruitment tools.
  • Ensure compliance with local and U.S. hiring regulations.
  • Build external sourcing channels: job fairs, local institutions, digital campaigns.
  • Optimize sourcing channels and continuously improve hiring volume and talent quality.
  • Lead employer branding initiatives to attract bilingual talent.

Requirements

Education

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience

  • 35+ years of recruitment experience within the BPO industry.
  • Proven experience supporting U.S. market hiring.
  • Experience managing high-volume recruitment (mass hiring).
  • Previous leadership experience managing recruitment teams.
  • Knowledge of recruitment KPIs and headcount planning.

Skills

  • Advanced or native English proficiency (C1C2) mandatory.
  • Proficiency with ATS, CRM, reporting dashboards, Google Workspace, and Excel.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive hiring timelines.
  • Results-driven mindset.
