ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a Performance & Paid Media Senior Specialist to fully own the strategy and hands-on execution of our paid and performance marketing efforts.
This is a senior individual contributor role with end-to-end accountability for performance outcomes — from strategy and execution to optimization, measurement, and ROI.
You will operate with high autonomy while collaborating closely with creative, content, analytics, sales, and web teams, ensuring that paid media efforts drive qualified pipeline, revenue growth, and measurable impact.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Own and execute full-funnel performance marketing strategies across paid, organic, and owned channels

Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms

Manage media buying, budget allocation, bidding strategies, and audience segmentation

Optimize conversion rates (CRO) through A/B testing of landing pages, creatives, and messaging

Design and optimize retargeting and remarketing strategies to improve efficiency and ROAS

Track and analyze key metrics: CAC, LTV, ROAS, funnel conversion rates, and attribution models

Write and optimize high-converting ad copy for performance campaigns

Continuously test creatives, formats, messaging, and targeting strategies

Implement and maintain accurate tracking (UTMs, pixels, conversion events)

Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights

Stay current with platform updates, algorithm changes, and best practices

Collaborate with creative, content, analytics, sales, and product teams

Partner with web and development teams to improve landing pages, UX, and tracking

Align closely with sales teams to support pipeline growth and revenue goals
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

2+ years of experience in performance marketing, paid media, or growth marketing
-
Proven success managing multi-channel paid campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube)

Strong B2B targeting experience, ideally focused on the U.S. market

Experience in BPO or service-based industries is a plus

Advanced analytical mindset with strong understanding of attribution and funnel metrics

Proficiency with Google Analytics, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools

Solid experience in A/B testing across ads, landing pages, and conversion flows

Excellent copywriting skills for paid and performance marketing

Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field

English proficiency required: minimum C1–C2 (mandatory)
