About the Position
We are seeking a Sales Representative with proven experience in the beauty or cosmetics industry, capable of combining professional consulting, effective sales, and personalized customer service.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a passion for wellness and aesthetics, strong commercial focus, and excellent communication skills aimed at building lasting customer relationships.
Main Responsibilities
1. Customer Acquisition and Retention

Proactively develop new clients and business opportunities.

Maintain strong relationships with existing clients through consistent follow-ups, identifying their preferences and needs.

Increase repurchase rates through loyalty strategies and quality post-sale service.
2. Professional Consulting and Sales Conversion

Provide personalized technical advice on beauty and skincare.

Analyze customers skin conditions and aesthetic needs to recommend suitable products or treatments.

Guide clients through the purchasing process, clearly communicating the value of products or services and achieving effective conversion.
3. Post-Sales Follow-Up and Issue Resolution

Follow up on customers product use after purchase, ensuring satisfaction and expected results.

Educate customers on correct product usage and key benefits.
4. Sales Targets and Reporting

Set personal sales goals and achieve performance indicators through effective planning of visits and promotional activities.

Record key sales metrics such as conversion rates, best-selling products, and customer loss reasons.
Requirements

Language: Native Spanish speaker with fluent English.

Experience: Minimum 5 years of professional experience, preferably in the beauty, cosmetics, or personal care industry.

Profile: Professional appearance, proactive attitude, interpersonal communication skills, and passion for customer service.
