Vision: Eliminating euthanasia of dogs in the South by decreasing the amount of dogs breeding unchecked. Becoming the number one dog destination in Spokane and capitalizing on Spokanes love of Rescue Dogs.

Core Values: Transparency, Community, Integrity, and the Golden Rule

Culture: We love dogs. At PHR you will find people who first need to pet your dog and then will ask your name. Who expects to be invited to your dogs birthday party and who knows that your dog obviously needs that new sweater.

We know dogs are family and should be treated that way. And we are driven by a shared passion to make sure every dog who isnt being loved, finds their way to a family. We care for each other and have created a community of people who love what they do.
