Onboarding Administrator (Volunteer, 5 hrs/week)
We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Onboarding Administrator to support the smooth integration of new volunteers into our Rescue. In this role, you will handle the administrative tasks of the onboarding process, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed, training resources are provided, and volunteer records are accurately maintained. You will work closely with the Onboarding Specialist to deliver a seamless and welcoming experience for new team members. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach. You will work five hours per week remotely with flexible hours.
Responsibilities:
- Process onboarding paperwork and maintain accurate volunteer records.
- Provide new volunteers with training resources and essential information.
- Coordinate with the Onboarding Specialist to track onboarding progress.
- Ensure a positive and organized onboarding experience.
Expectations:
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
- Ability to work independently, contributing 5 hours per week remotely.
- Consistent communication with the onboarding team.
- Commitment to supporting a welcoming onboarding process.
Rescue Mission: At Path of Hope Rescue we strive to decrease the euthanasia rate of high risk dogs in the southern United States by transporting pregnant dogs and puppies to the Pacific Northwest to find adoptive homes. We are 100% foster based and rely on volunteers and fosters to help in our mission.
