Passion Jewelry is seeking a dynamic and experienced Boutique Manager to lead our boutique team and uphold the exceptional standards of customer service, sales, and overall operations. As the Boutique Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and success of our retail boutique, providing customers with a memorable and unparalleled shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Team Leadership:

    • Lead and inspire a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide outstanding customer service.
    • Recruit, train, and develop boutique staff to ensure product knowledge and service excellence.
    • Set clear performance expectations and regularly provide feedback and coaching to team members.
  2. Customer Service:

    • Ensure that every customer receives a personalized and memorable shopping experience.
    • Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and special requests professionally and promptly.
    • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a manner that preserves the brand's reputation.
  3. Sales and Inventory Management:

    • Drive sales growth and meet or exceed sales targets.
    • Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock assessments, and coordinate restocking.
    • Implement effective visual merchandising to enhance the store's aesthetic appeal.
  4. Financial Management:

    • Manage the boutique's budget, including payroll, expenses, and revenue.
    • Prepare and analyze sales reports to make data-driven decisions to enhance profitability.
    • Control operating costs while maintaining the highest levels of customer service.
  5. Product Knowledge:
