The Social Media Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to promote our brand, engage our audience, and drive sales for our retail products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and customer acquisition.
  • Create engaging and high-quality content for social media channels, including posts, images, videos, and stories.
  • Curate user-generated content and leverage it to showcase our products and brand lifestyle.
  • Ensure that all content aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with our target audience.
  • Monitor social media channels for mentions, comments, and messages, and respond promptly to inquiries and engage with followers.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize social media advertising campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay informed about social media trends, emerging platforms, and best practices.
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics and insights to identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
  • Monitor online conversations and sentiment about our brand and products, and take proactive measures to address any negative feedback or issues.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
    2+ years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in the retail industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content and interact with followers.
  • Creative thinking and a passion for storytelling through visual and written content.
  • Knowledge of social media analytics tools and ability to interpret data to drive insights and strategy.
  • Familiarity with social media advertising platforms and best practices.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
