Job Overview:

The Marcomm Secretary supports the marketing communications team and serves as a personal assistant to the Head of Marcomm. This role involves managing administrative tasks, coordinating projects, assisting with communications and events, and providing direct support to the department leader.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Schedule meetings, handle correspondence, and take minutes.
  • Personal Assistance: Manage the Head of Marcomms calendar, arrange travel, and handle personal matters.
  • Project Coordination: Assist with marketing campaigns, events, and track project timelines.
  • Documentation: Maintain records, prepare reports, and manage marketing databases.
  • Office Management: Order supplies, manage budgets, and coordinate travel.
  • Communication: Draft and edit marketing materials, ensure brand consistency.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor Degree in related field.
  • Experience: Previous administrative experience, ideally in marketing or jewelry.
  • Strong organization, communication, and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and marketing tools.
