Job Overview:
The Marcomm Secretary supports the marketing communications team and serves as a personal assistant to the Head of Marcomm. This role involves managing administrative tasks, coordinating projects, assisting with communications and events, and providing direct support to the department leader.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Schedule meetings, handle correspondence, and take minutes.
- Personal Assistance: Manage the Head of Marcomms calendar, arrange travel, and handle personal matters.
- Project Coordination: Assist with marketing campaigns, events, and track project timelines.
- Documentation: Maintain records, prepare reports, and manage marketing databases.
- Office Management: Order supplies, manage budgets, and coordinate travel.
- Communication: Draft and edit marketing materials, ensure brand consistency.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor Degree in related field.
- Experience: Previous administrative experience, ideally in marketing or jewelry.
- Strong organization, communication, and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and marketing tools.
- Agile in managing tasks and adapting to changing priorities.
- Professional demeanor and ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
