What Youll Do:

  • Prepare premium coffee, tea, and café beverages with consistent taste and elegant presentation.

  • Deliver an exceptional guest experience with warm service, coffee expertise, and personalized recommendations.

  • Ensure the bar station is clean, stylish, and well-stocked in line with luxury service standards.

  • Collaborate with the kitchen and service team to maintain smooth operations and guest satisfaction.

  • Assist in developing seasonal drink specials and contribute creative ideas for the beverage menu.

  • Maintain high standards in cleanliness, food safety, and drink quality across all shifts.

What Were Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a barista in upscale cafés, boutique coffee shops, or premium F&B settings.

  • Strong knowledge of espresso-based drinks, manual brew methods, milk texturing, and latte art.

  • A passion for hospitalityfriendly, professional, and guest-focused.

  • Detail-oriented and creative, with a flair for beverage aesthetics and flavor.

  • Willing to work flexible hours, weekends, and special events.

  • Based in or willing to commute to PIK Avenue, North Jakarta.
