Job Overview:

As a Graphic Design Staff member, you will assist in creating and executing visual concepts for a wide range of marketing materials, digital platforms, and brand communications. You will collaborate closely with other designers, marketing teams, and stakeholders to ensure that our design projects meet the companys objectives and maintain a consistent brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design Creation: Produce high-quality, visually appealing designs for print and digital platforms, including brochures, social media graphics, email templates, website layouts, advertisements, and more.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure that all designs align with the companys brand guidelines and maintain a cohesive visual identity across all marketing materials.
  • Collaborative Work: Work closely with other designers, marketing, and content teams to create compelling visuals for campaigns, product launches, events, and other initiatives.
  • Feedback Implementation: Revise and update designs based on feedback from stakeholders, ensuring designs meet project requirements and deadlines.
  • Asset Management: Organize and maintain design assets, files, and resources for easy access and future use.
  • Trend Awareness: Stay updated on current design trends, tools, and techniques to bring fresh ideas and innovative solutions to design projects.
  • Production Support: Assist in preparing design files for printing, web publishing, and other production needs.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Experience: 1-2 years of experience in graphic design or a related field. Internship experience is also considered.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
  • Basic knowledge of web design principles (HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus).
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, including both print and digital work.
