We are looking for a Training Manager to lead employee learning and development initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals. This role requires expertise in training strategy, curriculum design, and program execution to enhance workforce capabilities.

What Youll Do

• Develop and implement comprehensive training strategies based on business objectives.
• Identify company-wide training needs through analysis and stakeholder collaboration.
• Oversee the design, execution, and evaluation of soft skills, hard skills, and leadership programs.
• Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) and optimize digital learning solutions.
• Establish training effectiveness metrics and reporting mechanisms.
• Lead knowledge transfer initiatives and succession planning in collaboration with Talent Management.

What Were Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Educational Technology, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong expertise in Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and instructional design.
• Experience managing LMS and training technology platforms.
• Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and training impact measurement.
• Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English preferred.
