About the job Head of Finance, Accounting and Tax
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design, lead, and implement the FAT 2024 strategic projects.
- Develop policies and strategies for budget management to ensure optimal fund allocation and oversee budget utilization.
- Ensure financial and tax reports are prepared in compliance with accounting standards and applicable government regulations.
- Prepare monthly Profit & Loss (P&L) reports, semi-annual balance sheets, and annual financial statements accurately and on time.
- Supervise and ensure real-time and error-free banking approvals for payments and resell transactions.
- Monitor the companys cash flow performance to ensure operational funds are available as required.
- Develop cash flow management strategies to maintain financial stability.
- Periodically prepare and evaluate forecasts and Profit & Loss (P&L) budgets.
- Oversee payment processes for points and resell to avoid delays that could affect business partner relationships.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve data discrepancies.
- Collaborate with all Heads of Department in providing Finance, Accounting, and Tax (FAT) services.
- Handle complex FAT issues with appropriate approaches while fostering a conducive work environment.
- Create, analyze, and evaluate FAT programs to support smooth business operations.
Job Qualifications
Educational Background
- Minimum: Masters Degree (S2) in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
Age
- Minimum: 30 years old.
- Maximum: 40 years old.
Work Experience
- At least 5 years as a Finance Accounting & Tax Head.
Certifications
- Relevant to accounting, finance, or taxation.
Required CompetenciesSoft Competencies
- Strong leadership skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, including proficiency in English.
Technical Competencies
- Deep knowledge of:
- Accounting standards.
- Financial management.
- Indonesian tax regulations.
- Proficiency in:
- Data analysis and reporting.
- Using MS Office, especially Excel.
- Operating ERP systems or similar tools.
