We are looking for a Quality Control Supervisor to oversee and ensure the highest standards of product quality throughout the production process. This role requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

What Youll Do

• Supervise QC inspections across all production stages (Finishing, Setting, Polishing, and Chrome).
• Ensure all products meet quality specifications before approval.
• Identify defects, analyze root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain and enforce quality standards throughout the production process.
• Coordinate with production teams to resolve quality issues.
• Train and evaluate QC staff to enhance performance and compliance.

What Were Looking For

• Diploma/Bachelors degree in Metallurgical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality Control.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel) and ERP systems.
• Basic proficiency in English.
