Passion Jewelry is seeking a dynamic and experienced Boutique Manager to lead our boutique team and uphold the exceptional standards of customer service, sales, and overall operations. As the Boutique Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and success of our retail boutique, providing customers with a memorable and unparalleled shopping experience.

Job Descriptions:

  • Managing day-to-day operations of the boutique, including sales, marketing, product, customer service, inventory management,  and staff supervision.
  • Setting sales targets and developing strategies to achieve them.
  • Training, mentoring, and motivating sales associates to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Ensuring the store maintains a visually appealing and organized layout.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business.
  • Monitoring industry trends to adjust strategies as needed.
  • Handling customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Manage the boutique's budget, including expenses, and revenue.
  • Prepare and analyze sales reports to make data-driven decisions to enhance profitability.
  • Control operating costs while maintaining the highest levels of customer service

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from all majors
  • Proven experience in luxury retail, preferably in the jewelry industry 
  • Strong leadership and managerial skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • A passion for jewelry and an eye for design.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of inventory management and sales techniques.
