Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Support employee onboarding by preparing documents and coordinating training schedules.
- Help organize employee engagement activities and events.
- Maintain and update employee records in the HR system.
- Conduct research on HR-related topics and assist in preparing reports.
- Provide administrative support for day-to-day HR operations.
- Handle employer branding
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
